Every child deserves the magic of Christmas. Through our Miracles of Christmas initiative, we bring joy, gifts, and hope to hundreds of children and families across three counties every holiday season.
Through our Miracles of Christmas 2025 initiative, we were honored to serve 620 children across three counties. We assisted children and families referred by local schools, Social Services foster care program, churches, and community members — truly experiencing God's love and the spirit of giving.
Gifts were gathered at Spencer Home Center. We reached 334 children! Spencer Home Center co-workers helped load gifts to go to Morganton First Church of God — 200 gifts for Hurricane Helene victims on December 14, 2024. We also distributed gifts to families in Spruce Pine, North Carolina.
Gifts are gathered at Spencer Home Center and sorted by dedicated volunteers. Local high school students volunteer their time to help sort and organize gifts.
We partner with schools, Social Services, churches, and community members to identify children and families who need assistance — ensuring no child is left out.
Angel trees are set up at partner locations like Pure Eats and Carter Bank, where community members can purchase gifts for local children.
Unity4Kids partnered with Natural Bridge State Park to be part of the Festival of the Trees, where ornaments made by kids were displayed and gifts collected.
Tammy and Peggy showed up every day to sort and deliver. Billy Reid delivered gifts to Millboro and Valley Elementary. Spencer Home Center employees helped load and deliver presents across the region.
We also extend our reach beyond Virginia — delivering gifts to Hurricane Helene victims in Morganton and Spruce Pine, North Carolina.
Donate, volunteer, or sponsor a child this Christmas season. Every gift brings joy to a child who needs it most.
